Climbing wall is available by appointment only. Please contact the Fitness Center at x5722 for availability and scheduling.

Board Games
Come and see our huge selection of fun board games. All games available for checkout at the Fitness Center.

Harp Lessons
All levels-Newcomers to experienced players. Experience the soothing and peaceful sounds of harp, while learning technique, chord progressions and tunes by aural method.
Fee: $55.00 for 1 lesson/$95.00 for 2 lessons. (Includes Harp rental fee)

Good Morning Yoga
Start off your morning with a gentle yoga class. Please sign up in advance at the Fitness Center (x5722). Cost: $15 per person.

A Light, Leisurley ski with Lynne von Trapp
Please meet at ski center. Beginner to advance skiers.

Mountain Kids Club: Paper Crafts
Use your creativity and imagination to make origami's and other crafts from paper products. Please sign up in advance at the Fitness Center (x5722). Cost: $20 per person.

Water Aerobics
Enjoy a low impact workout in the water. Please sign up in advance at the Fitness Center (x5722). Cost: $10 per person.

10:00am - 12:30pm
Adult Art Introduction to Acrylic Painting!
With local artist Nancy Schade. Learn the wonders of acrylic paint for your creative future! ($45.00). Sign up at the Reception Desk of the Fitness Center x5722. 15 Hour Advance Sign up needed for activity to take place. Location: Activity Center.

1:00 - 3:00pm
Mountain Kids Club: Wooden Toys
Design and decorate your own wooden toy. Please sign up in advance at the Fitness Center (x5722). Cost: $20 per person. Children must be 3 years and older.

1:00 - 2:30pm
Animal Tracking Trek through the snow searching for signs of wildlife. Learn about the habitats and habits of Vermont wildlife. Please sign up in advance at the Fitness Center (x5722). Snowshoes must be rented prior to hike.

4:00pm
Apres Ski Campfire with Homemade Cider Warm up by the fire enjoying s'mores and cider. The cider will be freshly made on site. Meeting Location: Behind the Nordic Center.

4:00 - 5:00pm
Adult Activity: Herbal Foot Soaks, Scrubs & Lotions
Treat yourself! Learn how to make foot soaks, scrubs and lotions from scratch. Advance sign up is mandatory as space is limited, participants must be a minimum of 15 years of age. Cost: $10 per person. Meeting Location: Fitness Center.

Sing-A-Long
Join harpist Judy Barone in the St. George's Hall for a time of singing old and new tunes, Broadway hits and of course "Sound of Music" selections. A little bit of something for young and old. Location: St George's Hall.

Adult Craft Circle with Elyse!
Bring your knitting, crochet, needlepoint, or any handcraft project to the circle. Forgot your supplies? Stop by the Gift Shop to purchase various craft projects. Bring your craft questions as well. Please sign up in advance. Location: Sunroom.

Snowshoe to the Cabin
Enjoy a snowshoe trek up to the cabin. This is a challenging 6-mile hike round trip. Snacks are available for sale at the cabin (cash only). Snowshoes are availale at the Nordic Center and must be rented in advance. Sign up in advance at the Fitness Center (x5722). Cost: $5 per person. Meeting Location: Nordic Center.

Mountain Kids Club: Jewelry Making
Stop by the Kids Club to make some fun jewelry. Please sign up in advance at the Fitness Center(x5722). Cost: $5 per person. Location: Mountain Kids Club.

Mountain Kids Club: Glitters and Glosses
Make flashy lip gloss and body glitter. Space is limited so sign up in advance at the Fitness Center(x5722).

Embark on a sunset snowshoe and discover the picturesque views located throughout our trails. Afterwards, warm your insides and outsides with some s'mores by the campfire. Snowshoes are available at the Nordic Center and must be rented prior to the hike. Please sign up in advance at the Fitness Center (x5722). Meeting Location: Nordic Center.

4:00 - 5:00pm Get on the Ball! Join us in this class to learn all the various ways that you can exercise on the FitBall and BOSU. Please sign up in advance, as space is limited. Cost: $10 per person.
